The fourth one is about resisting Sparragon's attack and test the effectiveness of your Sniper Towers. The second one will tell you to confirm the location of Firebit's planet and spectate his base, no-one knows if it's really his planet or it's just a rumor, be the first one to discover that! The third one will get you started with the defensive buildings and show how effective are they. The first mission would tell you to build a Training Camp and train three Marines.
The first mission introduces you to the game and learns you the basics as well as the basics of attacking and training units.
